My 9-10-05 Wedding (taken from 05 board)

Ladies,
I won't be writing a full review until I get back from Aruba but I just wanted to say a couple of words about last Saturday.
Up until the wedding I felt so overwhelmed and drained,once the day came-I decided to roll with the punches. My job was done,what will happen,will happen..DO NOT STRESS.
The day passes in a flash,I actually do not remember most of it. It was as if someone turned off the volume and I was watching a film. All the things I promised myself beforehand,well I didn't get to it..like..going down for coctail hour or really enjoying the vienese.

Quick Recap of Key Vendors

Father Michael Callahan- Officiant- Possibly THE MOST beautiful words I have heard spoken from another human being! Not a dry eye in the house.

National Floral Wholesale- Gorgeous flowers,bok's,CP's...I was left breathless! The flowers were more perfect then I had ever hoped or dreamed of... But the gliches

(will elaborate in review)

Something In Blue- Haven't seen the proofs yet but I'm expecting ART.

North Ritz Club- Thank You Aida,Monika and George! Everyone has been raving! I LOVED everything about my ceremony and reception and could not imagine it anywhere else but at NRC. My only regret is not eating much (too elated) sooooooo... any NRC brides out there who need to meet there minimum??? PLEASE INVITE ME.
BTW... our cake was so yummy and BEAUTIFUL..I kept looking over in disbelief!

Now I could go on & on & on but my intention was not a full review but just a quicky of some vendors... now,the best for last...

my DOC- Maxine from Posh Weddings.
My wonderful wedding would not be possible without this angel sent from heaven! She was sharp,organized and in control. She was consistantly 10 steps ahead of me and everyone else. No matter what I asked for,what situation arose..her response was 'Did It..Already got that covered...Not a problem...' and all that WITH A SMILE

I can't even begin to imagine not having her there..she handled so many behind the scenes incidences that it allowed me to be 100% carefree that day! With all my heart I Thank You Maxine .

Now,off to get ready and go to Aruba..I will miss you all but I'll be back...armed with a tan and a ton of proofs!

Congrats! We got marriend at the NRC on 9/5 and I just started writing my review and I cannot stop raving about the NRC. WE also had Father Callahan (and a rabbi) SO happy to hear that you had a perfect day too!!
