I Had the wedding of my dreams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the week of my wedding it was so hot and humid that I was afraid of how hot I would be in my dress and how was I going to keep it on all day...but on Sunday it was low humidaty and low 80's it was perfect weather.

Wedding Gown, BM's and FG Dresses all came from them, they were informative, cheap, and nice. I did the no frills for the girls and regular for me My alterations came out perfect.. the only reason I didnt give the an A + is because the mini brides gown came in a week later than expected.

In brooklyn there are the most popular tiara and veil shop, they are pretty expensive but so worth it, I felt like a princess on that day,I bought my Tiara and Got a fingertip veil for free and I added a 4ft cathedral viel with stones. and accessories

Phillys is wonderful I bought My mom and MIL dress from phillys she has the best prices...I was a little worried about the dresses being on time but she fit us in for alterations right away and the dress were ready in 4 days the only minus is that I live in brooklyn and she lives in northport the distance was killing me but she takes appts up to 9 pm

I got my checkerboard invitations from Linda which were pretty expensive... Linda gave me the best deal 30% off the retail price and everything came out perfect, she even ordered extra envelopes for me. I did my calligraphy thru her and people could not stop raving about them...then I went back to her to get my Ice Cream Scoop Favors which came out great also.

What Can I say About Carmine He is the best deal that I got for this entire wedding process..everything I ask or changed was never a problem he knows his flowers he has the best suggestions and he gives you 110% more than what you ask for or expected from him...Danny did the church and Hall, Carmine did the bouquets and all other personal flowers

Makeup and Hair Sada********A++++++++
There is not enough words to explain how I felt when I looked in the mirror Sada did my hair and Makeup and everyone else’s makeup she came to my house at 7:30 am she was my wakeup call and she is sweet and she knows her stuff I had every complexion in my house and everyone look great

Jamilia starts off being very sweet and nice then she turns on you
My friend who got married before me was using her services and went to
Someone else’s wedding and the chairs look horrible the sashes were not tied probably and the covers did not reach the floor … so she went and confront jamilia and she had such and attitude about it …so my friend canceled her contract….I on the other hand was hoping for the best since they was no other place that I could go who had chair covers for my hall so I was stuck…on the they of the wedding my coordinator called me and told me how horrible they look and how I should just take them off.. they were wrinkled so badly the sash did not sit properly it was just a mess. So I paid that money for nothing
But that wasn’t going to ruined my day.

M & V Limos *****A+
Believe it or not I used them I had already given them too much money and they would not give it back so I took my chances with them and they came thru for me on my day My coordinator stayed on their but for a whole month to make sure they don’t mess up my day I had the escalade and it was clean on time to pick up the guys at the end of the night they sent us another escalade instead of the town car and we were the only two in a 24 passenger car

They were a last minute booking because I was afraid of M & V and them being late and not showing up I had my jaguar and chrystler from them and they were beautiful clean and on time

Jose and Lucy was wonderful from the beginning. on the wedding day they kept the crowed on the dance floor and everyone said they had a good time the reason I am giving them a B is because they played the wrong first song and they gave out the party favors too late when people started leaving .. I did the first dance song as a spot light dance other wise everything went great


Duet Wedding *******A+
So far so good I am happy with my engagement pics and I have no worries that my pictures and video will be great… I had the two photographer package and I ended up with three Charles and Jay came to my house and Calvin went to kirt at the hotel
And Eric came as a surprise and did our video I cannot wait to see my proofs


Huntington Townhouse ********B
In the beginning it was great My BM was Ellen Rose and she is sweet and wonderful but when it got close to the end Steven who is not My BM starts calling asking me for final payment when it was not even time for my final payment …the things such as specific liquors that we discuss at the final menu was not add and they he was trying to tell me that its not included and he doesn’t have them in the building and he would have to by them retail I said do what you have to do but I want it and I am not paying extra for it
He was rude obnoxious and nasty the place doesn’t get business because of him
Any way I got that off my chest… just make sure you get everything in writing and sign no matter who you are talking to ….in the end the food was great the liquor was flowing and everyone enjoyed them selves My bridal attendant was Trish and My Maitre D was Jodi and they were both wonderful


Island Shore Travel ********A
I met Jan at a bridal show last may at Huntington Hilton and I kept her card since she is a specialist for Sandals she convinced us to go to sandals Whitehouse which is the newest sandals and it was wonderful the best money I ever spent Jamaica was so pretty and the staff and guest were so friendly I made so much friends and exchange emails with a lot of couples

I met Vicki on the the knot she was a fellow bride who just started her business and I gave her a chance and toppers came out beautiful

Menus, Programs, Petal cones, Votive place Cards********A+
I stayed up until 3 am the night before finishing my programs but it was all worth it
Every one noticed everything… so ladies the details count

Last but not least ladies take your time and enjoy relax and try to eat I didn’t but I tried to I was just on such a high it felt wonderful
And you def need a coordinator with out one I don’t know how I was going to make it
Even if you plan to a tea something always goes wrong
