NYC Runway Makeup Artist that WILL travel

I cannot say enough about David Maderich!
He is just wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I am one of the worst Clients since I work in the beauty industry. I had 3 different Makeup artists do a trial thinking I would be saving money as they quoted me such great prices. In the end they all were either nothing to speak of and or just plain terrible. If I had just used him from the get go I would have saved all my money on worries and stress. The old saying stands true - 'You get what you pay for' , don't get me wrong I am sure there are lots of talented makeup artists out there for less but I never found them!
The day of my wedding I never looked at myself once during the process of getting ready, right before I had to run down the isle I did a once over in the mirror at a quick glance and was VERY pleased. I had David stay all throughout the wedding for me just to fix all those lipstick marks on my face from everyone's kisses and touch ups after eating food. I felt like a celebrity the entire day of wedding. David is so personable that all my friends were ranting about him and had an absolute ball with him!
I have since used him for other events, such as a boudoir session as a gift for my husband , and our Second Wedding renewal of vows for my grandmother who was very ill and could not attend our wedding. Check out the photos I have posted and his web you would be amazed! Keep In mind my wedding was in Jamesport (Northfork Hamptons) David does travel for a small Fee.
*Nothing like a REAL professional who knows what they are doing.

I am using David for my wedding too (i'm also using his partner, Denise, for my hair). I totally agree with you ... he is amazing!!! Like you, I spent a milliion dollars on makeup trials ... if I had only known about him earlier, I would have spent a ton less money and would have saved myself many sleepless nights!!!
