Our Amazing 8/21/09 Wedding at JT... DUET, ROYALTY LIMO, FLOWER MICHELE, etc.

Our Wedding was a beautiful and incredible day with our family and friends that couldn't have been more perfect!!! Added to this special day was definately our AMAZING VENDORS that I'm very glad to take this opportunity to thank and compliment!!!! I have no intention of giving any of my vendors anything less then an A+ rating because I honestly loved them all and believe they all attributed to an unforgettable wedding day but I will include a review that I hope will help future brides Enjoy

Reception: Jericho Terrace
Out of this WORLD!!! We fell in love with this place from the first time we went to look at it! Our cocktail hour was in the Garden room and our reception was in the Dome Room and both were beautiful!! What really added to our day and JT was the incredible service and staff! They were sooo helpful and really made us feel like royalty that day esp our Maitre'd and Bridal Attendants!! We also got rave reviews and also enjoyed amazing food (famiy and friends LOVED It) including the cake and cannoli ice cream dessert. If you booked at JT you made the absolute best decision!! It was fantastic and made our wedding the amazing day it was!

Photography: DUET
Although we are still waiting on pics I can't imagine DUET will be any less then this rating!! Our photographers Danny & Steve were EVERYWHERE and yet completely uninvasive!! They were so fun and so sweet.. I am so exicited to see my pics and will update this as soon as I get them!

Limo: Royalty
We went with the Limo Bus and Princess Rolls Royce but what was most wonderful and great about this company was the two drivers. They were as sweet as could be and helped out so much in the preparation of going down the aisle talking to me, making sure I was ready, etc. including closing and opening the doors for my grand entrance into the Church. These two guys were the BEST! Both arrived EARLY to pick up the bridal party and myself and my parents and were so cute in speaking to us as if we were the first wedding they'd ever been a part of and how excited they were for the day! It was so great! One thing to be careful of is that the driver of the Rolls convinced us to not take the car upto JT as the air conditioning is terrible on really hot days (which it was). We were ok with this as we had wanted to go on the limo bus with our bridal party and parents anyway but it was probably something that should be warned about ahead of time. Overall though, they were awesome!

Flowers: Flower Michele
WOW!! These guys really know their stuff!! We worked with Rich and all I can say is the flowers for the bridal party were (if I'm being modest) the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen in a bouquet! I LOVED my bouquet as well and the calla lily center pieces were magnificent!! I am THRILLED that I choose to go with them and couldn't have been more happy with their work!! I could go on and on about them so all I'm going to say is they really are artists when it comes to flowers, they take their work seriously and are PROS at it & they are well worth every penny!

DJ: Big Apple Entertainment
They are a vendor from Larchmont NY from Westchester! We worked with Paul and they did such a fantastic job!! They were so easy to work with and were receptive to anything you wanted! They played such a great combo of music that suited our taste and also played to everyone!! Our dance floor was honestly PACKED all night (some of the pics from the night looked like a nightclub)! They were just great and wonderful with every aspect of the night!! We couldn't have made a better decision then choosing them!

Wedding Gown and Bridesmaids: Fontana's Scarsdale, NY
I worked with Marie at this shop & she was on the money with helping me select my perfect wedding dress!! The first gown she chose was the one I bought and she knew it. would be. She told me this is your wedding dress and she was so right! It was so me! What I loved about this shop is the layout, they bought the dresses to you in a nice size fitting room, they catered to you and made you feel like a bride! I also got my bridesmaid dresses here (actually the reason I stumbled into the shop) because they carried the Jim Hjelm dress color Jasper (which is an amazing color btw ). My recommendation is to check their line because they carry limited lines of BM dresses and if you want your dresses more then a month before the wedding lie about the date..because mine came in a few days before the month mark.

Tuxes: San Marko Yonkers, NY
I strongly recommend this places for your tuxes. They were so fabulous here with working with you to create a look by showing you samples on mannequins and asking about your style color & preferences to the very detail. What's really great is that they have everything in house so you can really look at it & when it comes time to pick up your tux they make the adjustments right on the spot within minutes. They guys all looked amazing and their tuxes were a perfect fit!

Other Wedding Items:
Kira Designs: This website makes awesome swarvoski crystal jewelry that you can chose different colors of crystals to match basically any color you need. I bought my BMs necklaces and earrings from here that matched the dresses perfectly and my Mom bought me my necklace here as well (My dress was swarvoski crystals beading) ! All were perfect!! I was so happy with this find!

Exclusively Weddings: This website had really cute mesh bags withe embroidery on them!! They were perfect for the girls the day of because I found from being in weddings myself that you can put your bag in the bridal suite and you don't really require an evening bag the night of! This was much more useful, could hold much more stuff, had their names on it which was cute and allowed them to differentiate whose was whose and finally can definately be used again as a tote, beach bag, paperwork bag (depending on their profession) etc.
