First of course I have to say that LIWeddings was an amazing help to me while planning our wedding. THANK YOU to everyone that has given me any advice. You are all a bunch of amazing girls and the friends I have made on here are priceless. Thanks to MJDOC12 for helping me figure out my review!! I hope that everyone that has not gotten married yet has as Wonderful of a day as we did…..

We had the best day of our lives from the minute we woke up to the minute we went to bed as husband and wife.

So here is my semi review ( will add more soon)…..not in any order….

Mother Nature B
Ok well what did I expect, we got married in Feb so we knew it was gonna be cold. It was 27 degrees but the sun was shinning. We are both just so happy that it did not snow.

Make-up A+
Jacqueline Nicole
She is just amazing. Everyones make-up looked flawless. She is super sweet and really gives you what you want. My make-up looked fresh the whole night.

Invites: A
Pippy Sweets
No matter what time of the day or night that I emailed her with sometimes the stupidest question, she would answer me so quick. There was no waiting with her. We ordered 135 invites and to go with that we also got the RSVP cards, the Reception cards and the envelops addressed and they where done in the 2 weeks that she promised. She was awesome, she did everything that I asked her to and in the end they came out even better then I could ever imagine.




Ring Bearer Banner: A

LOVED IT…… They where super nice there and it was really good quality for alittle amount of money. I had 2 ring bearers so one held the banner and one held the pillow that I made going down the aisle and then after the ceremony they switched so they both got to hold it……so cute.



Bridemaids Gift A

This is just one little gift that I got my girls. I had each one made with a picture of use and on the tag it said “Thank you for sharing in our special day” then the other tag said our names and date. They where a pretty big hit. Plus all girls can use makeup bag.


Grooms Cake A++

I had this cake made for my husband as a surprise and we had it at our Rehersal dinner. He racing for the Fire Dept so this was the perfect thing to get. He loved it and the cake was sooooo good!



Limos A
M&V Limos
We booked them before we heard about there horrible reputation, but I have to say the stars where on my side. They showed up on time and our driver was great!! We received the limo that we signed for in the contract, it was clean and fully stocked (for about 10 mins after we all got in it…lol) We also used them for our ride to the airport for the honeymoon and they showed up on time again…the only thing different about this pick up is that it was suppose to just be a town car but they sent a limo instead…so of course we loved that because we got picked up at 330am so we where totally relaxed in that limo. So in the end they where great for us!!

DJ A+++++++++++++
Sound Choice
They are a house vendor for Majestic Gardens so when we went to the expo we really liked them. After going to meet with Mike we knew right away he was the guy we wanted. Its like he knows you for 20 years. We had a photo montage done at the wedding and it was just perfect. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I had to hire a DJ again.

They are also a vendor that Majestic Gardens recommends. Well I cannot say to much about them yet since I didn’t get my video but Bill was a pleasure to work with. We have seen his work before so we know our video is gonna be great. Bill is a great guy and easy to work with…he has been very honest with us since day one about any questions that we may have had. I will let you know more when the video comes in.

ADA Studios
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing…..There was a little bump in the road with them when it was time to take our engagement photos but from there on it was nothing but great dealing with them. The day of the wedding 3 guys showed up at my house (we had a photographer & a photojournalist with one helper) so they show up at the house and totally made themselves at home. It was pretty crazy at the house that day so it was really nice not to have to worry about something else. Anthony, Tony, & Anthony was who we had and they where all just great and paid A LOT of attention to detail which was very important. We received our proofs and one pic was better then the next. The only REAL complaint that I have with our pictures is that alot of our photojournolist pictures are the same as our regular photographer so I feel like I paid for double pictures of the same thing.


Gowns A for quality and Price F for everything else

Where do I begin, there customer service is HORRIBLE and there alterations are HORRIBLE, so really the only thing this place has going for them is there prices. I LOVED my Maggie Sottero dress, my BMs had Bill Levkoff dresses and my mother had Mon Cheri….the dresses where gorgeous!! The BM dresses had trains so I had them all get a bustle so they wouldn’t be stepping on each others dress as well as other people….well not even 10 mins after the reception started and they where all bustled up did the dam bustles all fall apart. SO I could have saved them another $30 and not had them bustled but I thought it was the best thing to do. I would only BUY a dress there in the future if need be but alteration will just have to be someone else’s job. I highly recommend they all go to customer service classes there to.

Silk Lady
She is a part of National Wholesale Flowers a LIW vendor. We decided to go silk for 2 reasons. We got married two days after valentines day so every florist we went to was charging us valentines day prices and we only needed 7 Bo-ks and the prices where just ridiculous 2nd reason was that my husband has bad allergies and I didn’t want him sneezing all day so we decided silk. Joanne was great, she came to the house and we picked out the flowers and then when she started them she would email me progress. I wanted small bo-ks because I didn’t want them to take over the front of our dresses. SO she did a great job doing exactly what I asked and I changed my mind a couple of times to and she was very patient and nice about everything.

They where great, they had a couple of different choices of wine types and different labels...the bottles where delievered with the labels already on and we just added the snowflake.




Majestic Gardens A+
I guess over all I can give it an A+ but I did have some issues. First I will start off by saying Olympia and John where really nice people to work with. Majestic Gardens is beautiful and the food is just awesome. There are so many different places to take pictures there. Our cake was gorgeous, again the food was amazing and everyone had a great time…..Our Madre D (spelling) was NOT worth what we paid her, our Bridal Att should have received a lot more. We got married 2 days after that valentines day ice storm so 20 people who where suppose to be there did not show up because there flights where cancelled…the problem with that is that we told them at majestic gardens and we still had to pay for 20 people who where not there and they didn’t even throw a freakin plate of cookies in for us. That made us extremely mad about that place because it was out of our control that everyones flight was cancelled. We where not looking for our money back but they could have at least given us something extra at the reception………Well its over now and in the end my DH & I had the best day of our lives.

Sandals St Lucia Grande A+++++++++

AMazing........the weather was awesome everyday...86 degrees. Every place that we ate was really good...the only thing bad I can say about the resturants is that there is not much of a selection but the food was definitley good. The beach was beautiful and there was always something to do if we wanted or we just hung out by the pool and drank some dirty bananas. The service was great and the people there was so polite and more then happy to do anything you may have wanted them to do.
