September 14th wedding review

So its the day after our wedding and I had to jump on here while everything is still fresh in my mind...sorry no pics to share yet but I will post them when we get them.

I have to start with Patken Photographer..

From the moment Vinny stepped on to the scene, I had an extra maid of honor by my side. Not only did he capture amazing moments throughout the day BUT he was on his knees helping to fix my dress before the day started. I had a moment of panic when all the girls showed up in the morning and Vinny jumped into action..removing me from the area so I could get a quiet moment to relax. By the end of the night, I had at least 8 couples asking for his contact info to book him for their wedding...we had two plasma screens so people saw the pics as they were taken...AMAZING!!!

Tim...you know you have an amazing person doing your video when you are not tripping over him every time you turn around. While we were at Planting Fields for pics, Tim was capturing our moments..hiding in bushs, climbing onto of brick walls...he knew exactly where to be, what to do and when to do. I can not wait to see the finished product....and as the new wife of a T.V photojournalist (and boy is he hard to please) even he was extremly impressed

Dresses- I worked with Carol for the most part...I could not have asked for a better expereince...she actually picked my dress for me...I walked in thinking I wanted one thing and left with something I never would have thought until she pulled it out. From day one, she was extremly helpful...can not thank her enough for her imput.

Flowers..once again great experience...flowers came on time, looked amazing, no mistakes...and isn't that what the flowers are all about.

I have to say it again...AMAZING TEAM! The entire night was rockin! Freddy was fabulous...my entire family loved his interaction with the guests. Some MCs can be cheesy and annoying...Freddy was anything but...the man even picked up broken glass when a guest dropped her drink. He as attentive to every detail ...made the night what we had hoped!
Mike...our DJ ROCKED! he had everyone up dancing the entire night. A DJ can really make or break the night and this guys made the night ten fold....highly recommed the two of these guys!!!

To say I was impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service would be an understatement. Karen was our Bridal Attendant and she was amazing. Every detail was checked and doubled checked by her...she even held onto my lipgloss the entire night in case I needed a touch up. Eric was our M.D. ...he was wonderful and made the night go without a hitch. The place itself....STUNNING!!! I always wanted a tented wedding...and this place gave the feel of it...everyone we have heard from so far was in love with the place.

We loved Rev Deb...she made our ceremony exactally what we wanted and hoped for...and although it felt like it went by in the blink of an eye...it was the most amazing blink I ever experienced!

The most amazing man I have ever come across...he danced like a fool, calmed my nerves when I needed someone to ground me...and make my dreams come true. Yes, I know I'm gay but I'm the happiest I ever been.

I'm sure I will have more to add ..but at the moment I'm just in need of an after wedding shower...I'm looking oh so lovely with the 'day after the wedding look' that I have going on:) Good luck to you all....I hope you all have a wedding day as amazing as we did. When people tell you to just enjoy the day...do it! We danced all night and just had the most amazing moments of our lives with everyone and everything that was going on....Holy crap I'm a wife!!!
