Throw IN's

Hello for all you bridal sepcialists.. I am conferring with you.. When you met with your catering facility were there any throw in's or last minute throw ins that you requested? Just want to make sure that I do not leave anything out and you guys have at this point been there done that.. I also realize that the halls are not going to tell you everything and they charge extra for almost everything once the hall is booked
