Hello everyone!

Crescent Beach Club: A++++++++
I cannot be happier with our choice of the venue! From day one we dealt with Denise and she was awesome. Straight to the point and very organized and honest, with lots of good suggestions and advise. Our Maitre d was Stacy, who was also “on the ball” and extremely organized, not to mention a soooo sweet! And my bridal attendant was Stacy, who exceeded all my expectations and was right next to me every single time I needed something. They worked so well together and moved everything along on time and made sure things were running smoothly. They really made my night enjoyable and stress free!!!
After the ceremony, they took me and my husband to the bridal suite for a minute alone and had a table full of cocktail hour food so we can eat something without being interrupted. As you could imagine, I did not eat much but what I managed to eat was very good. And guests told us the food was good.

Hair: Tair A++++++++

She was amazing! She did exactly what I wanted and was fast and efficient. She was there on time, worked on 3 people and everyone loved their hair!

Make up: Sally Duval A+++++++

I am very picky when it comes to my make up so I went trough A LOT of trials. I was starting to loose hope and was ecstatic after my trial with Sally. She was more money then other make up artists but to me it was worth it. She uses airbrush make up, which lasted on all of us from 12:00pm until 4:00am!

Dress: Kleinfeld A-
The process was a bit stressful for me. It’s a beautiful place but they are so busy that sometimes the service is not that great. My seamstress was pretty good and very sweet but her English was bad and I felt like we had a lack of communication. I had at least 6 fittings and the dress wasn’t ready until 3 days before the wedding =O. It all worked out at the end but sometimes I was wishing I went to a smaller place that is not so hectic.

Dominic was great! My sister-in-law used him for her wedding and was really happy so we have decided to go with him as well. He arrives about 30 min early and is really a pleasure to deal with! So organized, funny, and great with kids. It takes a while to get the pictures (10 to 12 weeks) but only because he takes a lot and organizes them on a DVD with chapters and to music, which is really nice! I can’t wait for mine!

Travis is awesome! Very talented! My husband and I did a funny video montage to show during the wedding. It was basically a spoof on us and the whole wedding planning. Travis let us borrow his professional backup camera and did all the editing for us as part of the package we bought. He went above and beyond our expectations! We showed the video before being introduced for the first dance and our guests LOVED it! People are still talking about it.

Band: Sweet Waters A++++
Very good! Great singers and interaction with guests, at some points they were even on the dance floor with us! A lot of fun!

Florist: Pedestals A++++++
We dealt with Phil. Great guy, executed our vision exactly! Perfectly like we wanted! All flowers arrived on time and were fresh and beautiful!

Lighting: Brilliant Productions C-----------
Awful experience! Like I mentioned earlier, we made a montage and hired these guys to put up 2 projectors and decorate room with all different light colors. They promised so much but could not deliver half of what they promised. Problem 1: They took forever to set everything up and we had to extend our cocktail hour another 30 min because they couldn’t get the second screen to work! Eventually we had to go ahead without the second screen (which made it difficult to see for some guests). O yeah, they fixed it an hour before the wedding ended. Problem 2: They were supposed to take pictures of guests all throughout the night and show the slide show on both screens as people were dancing/eating. Well, they didn’t get that going until most people already left! Problem 3: They were also supposed to have a little bit of smoke come out for our first dance, which did not happen. These things did not spoil our evening at all and the weather was so nice that people didn’t even notice that the cocktail hour was extended ? .

Hotel: Glen Cove B-
We booked a bridal suite for two nights and had a lot of our guests stay at the hotel. We also hosted a brunch there on Sunday morning (day after the wedding). Although this place and it’s grounds are absolutely beautiful service leave plenty of room for improvement. They seemed extremely unorganized and when some guests called to make reservations they were told they have no record of us in their system! Even though at least 10 rooms were already booked! With some persistence our guests were able to make the reservations but each time we had to call and make sure the rooms were blocked. Also, we made OOT bags but at this point didn’t trust the hotel staff to deliver them to the rooms (they would end up in the wrong rooms I was sure) we had an option to give those out as guests were checking in. ALL of the bags were in the back of the reception and the manager told us that when the staff checks in the guests a messaged will pop up each time to give those out. Nonetheless, a lot of people did NOT receive them and we had one of the groomsman drop those off in some rooms. Even though we paid $3.95 for each bag to be given out!

Honeymoon: St. Barths - Eden Rock Hotel

Absolutely amazing! This was the best vacation we have ever had ? The island is breathtakingly gorgeous, small and intimate but fun at the same time! You can spend time at the most secluded beach during the day and party at great restaurants/clubs at night. Eden Rock hotel exceeded all our expectations! The rooms are modern and beautiful, service is outstanding, and the location of the hotel is excellent. I can go on and on about it so I’ll stop now. Email me if you have any questions.

Congrats on the wedding. Everything looked beautiful. I worked with Dom and Travis the day before you did and they were so great to work with. I can't wait to see my pictures and video.
