We had our wedding in the spring of '08 and the catering sales director Felicia Farino charged us 8.625% sales tax on the service charge (gratuity). I think it's wrong so I complained to her, but she said no refund is forthcoming. So I filed a complaint with the office of consumer affairs in Mineola. The other catering company on Jericho turnpike I spoke to dont charge tax on gratuity.

I loved your review, I was planning on using that hotel for our out of OOT but will have second thoughts......Loved your pictures and can't wait for our Oct wedding at Westbury Manor.....

Yeah, The hotel itself was fine. Just be careful if you want to block off a lot of rooms. Make sure they say they will open them all up immediately as opposed to as they get booked (they claimed all there rooms got booked by other guests before our invitations had even went out!).
