You look amazing, and Im sooo glad you have beautiful photos to show for your horrible experience! I am getting married and having my reception at the WCC! I am going to have a talk with them. They never told me about the amplified music rules outside either!!! I will try to get information from the police station to bring to them before my event. Im glad you stood strong, and I dont blame you AT ALL for filing with the BBB. All these wedding businesses unfortunately only see $$$ and to us this is the biggest day of our lives, and they cant have any sympathy or overall decency.

Good for you for filing a complaint with the BBB!! From your description, it sounds like the hall clearly made a choice to prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of the other wedding party at your expense. You should be compensated handsomely for the aggravation and lost time at your reception. And thank you for posting your experience, so other people will know exactly what they are getting into.

YES...I was notified today that my review was being pulled as the hall called and requested that it be taken off....it's frustrating...I was hoping to prevent others from having difficulty in the future....oh well. I hope that i did get my message across....

First of all you looked beautiful. I just am sad that a day you planned for for so long could be less than perfect. For a wedding site giving reviews of vendors that are meant to be useful to other brides to pull off a negative review makes me less inclined to trust them if only positive reviews stay posted. they should use it as incentuve for vendors to not make same mistakes. Anyway your pics are stunning and glad you made the most out of your special day.
