Great review. I'm so sorry you had so much trouble with JT. I am curious though...do you have a picture of the cake?
Here's some:
I have a closer up one where you can see the weird airbrushing thing they did a little better, but that one isn't online, I just have it hard copy. I'm not really sure where the airbrush design came from. It's not on the picture of the cake that JT has in their brochure, so we have no idea where it came from.
Like I said, in the grand scheme of things it's no big deal, but it just reeks of incompetence.
ETS: Everyone thought the airbrush design looked like worms or mold on the bows...Eeeeew!

You were an incredibly radiant, classic, gorgeous bride. I love your photos....I always love Verdi photos!I'm sorry about your hall issues; I'm sure all the brides here will appreciate your honesty. I'm glad you didn't let it take away from your day!

I was completely sympthazing with many of your JT issues - not that I had them with EW, but I had the same kind of incompetencies when dealing with other vendors.HOWEVER, you wedding was clearly beautiful, and so were you. We had very similar CPs! You looked so 'fresh'...you made a beautiful bride. Congrats!!!!

Amazing review, and you looked absolutely STUNNING!Good for you that you didn't let JT ruin the happiness of your day. I experienced a LOT of the same things you did with them, wound up regretting my choice of hall but just didn't let it ruin my happiness that day.

you looked gorgeous! congrats to you and your DH!so sorry you had a bad experience with JT. Al was my maitre d too and when i went for my final meeting he was out sick! so i had to go back AGAIN and give final instructions to him when he got back into work. i didnt meet my minimum either so they threw in the chair covers, cordial bar and the mini viennese trays. but the day of the wedding they never brought out the viennese trays! i was very upset about it but i didnt realize it until after the wedding! overall, i still loved my JT experience but there were definitely some kinks in the road!!!
