I added two more vendors to the review-- I forgot our awesome dance teacher and of course our hotel for OOT guests- and us.

I keep remembering vendors I forgot to add to my review!

I used Nelson D'leon and his sister Maria. I have pics of my trial in my photo album. They were amazing-- but very expensive. It was one of the things that was a total splurge and it was worth it- I felt absolutely beautiful.

thanks-- the CPs were varigated ivy and were scattered with small white orchids. I'll see if I can find the price per CP.

ETA_ if you look in my LIW album-- I have several close up shots from when I went to see a sample.

i was just wondering when you booked nelson deleon for your hair, did he come to you where you were getting ready or did you have to go to a salon? thanx!
also, for the trial pics with the hair half down, did he put in extensions, and if so how much does he charge for them?

I booked Nelson about a year in advance-- and he was booked for my day already-- Maria, his sister did me day of.. but for my trials, etc. they both worked on me. He creates the look- and the colors, etc. and then Maria executes.. Nelson is more expensive for day of-- but he is such a character-- I think worth it to have around-- but, Maria does exactly the same job.

Maria or Nelson will come to you-- but they charge a 'transportation fee' on top of their obscene prices already-- but whatever-- this was one thing that was an indulgence and I felt totally worth it.

For the hair extensions- which you will need for probably any style they do on you-- they send you to this place to get them-- where they match to your hair color. For the 3 pieces I got- it was about 120 bucks- I think-- then Nelson's salon charges you money to 'work on them'-- where they blend to match your color and sew them into whatever kind of extension you need- depending on the hair style..

It's a little complicated-- they have quite the operation going on there.. but, they make you look unbelievable.

FYI- his salon is in the city.

Bumping with an update to my review. I just went this weekend to do my album-- I sat with Joey for THREE AND A HALF HOURS.. She was so helpful and patient and really helped us get through an overwhelming task. After seeing all the pics I had selected--I think the album is going to be great... Just be prepared-- whenever you go in and order prints, etc., just plan to spend a little more $$$$.

Now I have to wait 3 to 4 months for the damn album.

Your wedding was absolutely gorgeous and ridiculously fun. The after party was great! You looked absolutely stunning! I may have to pester you with questions! At the time I was not planning my wedding, so I am glad I was able to review all of your pictures! I love the bridesmaid dresses. Mine are a similar color which is one thing I have second guessed, but after looking at your pictures I know I made the right decision!
