My package that I booked was to include scattered rose petals and when I called to confirm a few days before they told me everything that was incuded EXCEPT the rose petals and when I mentioned it they put me on hold then came back & confirmed it. When we got there there was a dozen roses in the room. When I questioned them about the bill (which said we rented 2 movies when we oly rented one) they said it was because we added the roses & I told them 'NO, the roses were supposed to be ROSE PETALS not roses and it was supposed to be included in my package! The adjusted the bill and it came out to $10 less than what it was supposed to be. I carried the dozen roses all the way to Aruba while we both wore T-Shirts that said 'JUST MARRIED' on them.
