My April 3, 2005 Wedding Review with Pics...UPDATED 6/30 - Now includes HM Review and Pics; UPDATE: 7/1; REVIEW EDITED 7/11

Some of the veterans may remember my issue with another bridal store. I found the dress I wanted at a store that cut out the tags. The dress was $2,500, which was way more than I wanted to spend. I tried to find it online but couldn’t find the dress at all so I gave up. Decided to try one last ditch effort to find this dress so I typed 'lace bodice a-line skirt' into google. Lo and behold, it was the 3rd return. Got the info and went to RK Bridal to try it on ... and it was $650.00!!!!!! This is the exact same dress I tried on at that bridal shop. So, right away RK was very good to me . The staff was great – courteous and professional. I did have to wait at all of my fittings and had a little trouble communicating with the seamstress due to language barriers but all in all my dress came out perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Eileen, congratulations. you looked beautiful.

I can sympathize with your frustrations. I had a huge issue with one of my ceremony musicians (who got paid to SHOW UP at my wedding), and the owner danced, skipped, and jumped around the issue, had answers for everything. I got so annoyed

Congratulations again. And I would also love to hear about your honeymoon cruise.

Eileen, you looked absolutely fabulous, it is obvious how in love you two are!!! i hope the pics that you do get are good(however-the one of Jill dancing is definetly a keeper!!!!!!!!!)Congratulations!!!

Congratulations! You made a stunning bride and I'm glad you had a wonderful day. I am so sorry about your experience with BM. I am using them as well and unfortunately have heard many negative things about them lately. I just hope they compensate you for everything that went wrong. The pics you did post came out beautiful though. Best wishes to you and your DH!

Eileen, I was just-re-reading yuor review & I totally missed the part abotu Bagel Boss!

I used to loiter there in HS all the time!

Good to know they are still making a good bagel!

That is a great review...I'm so sorry about your photography troubles

your HM pics are amazing...we are most likely going to Italy for ours...now I'm wondering if we should do a cruise and see other beautiful places...

Eileen! I just had to write and say that I looked through your beautiful HM pictures and am so happy for you guys! It looks like the trip of a lifetime...how can you beat Florence?
I was opposed to cruisin until I saw your pics...girlie, it looks like it rocked! Congrats!

GORGEOUS from start to finish!!! You were a beautiful bride and looked like you had an absolute ball!!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE your hm pics. You got me so excited for our hm! We are going to Italy and your pics of Florence, Rome, and Pompei really got me very excited for our trip for one of the first times, so thank you!!!

(Soooooooooooo sorry about your photog experience, that is just terrible!)
