Thank you very much for all the compliments. Yes I did all the DIY stuff myself with the help of FH and my mom.

Your photos are absolutely beautiful!!! your hair and makeup came out spectacular.

I've never been to East Wind, but it looks like such an elegant place.

I have one question.......one photo looks like you already had them wrapped with each guests names preprinted on them -- is that what you did? That's a great idea so you can save some time at the end passing out favors!

Great review - I am an EW bride, so your review just got me very excited all over again.

We hired a string quartet to play at our ceremony - should we ask them to stay for CH? Did yours?

Yes we wrapped the favors and then placed the tags on them.

We did have the string trio at the cocktail hour, and if it is not to much I would recommend it. Out trio only charged us an extra $100 to play at the cocktail hour since they were already at the place.

Congratulations! You looked beautiful! I am also getting married at East Wind (the Estate, though) in 2008. I was wondering what kind of problems you had with the hotel. Anything I should look out for? Thanks for your help!

I was told I could not block rooms until exactly one year before, well I called Nov 19, 2004 and find out that they allowed another bride to block all the rooms for the night of my wedding. I was so pissed because I had to hire a shuttle for guests who had to stay at another hotel because of there mistake.
