My November 12th Wedding at the Woodlands ('Post-Wedding' Gray Studios Review added)

My 'Post-Wedding' Gray Studios Experience.

I wanted to add a follow up review of Gray Studios. I still haven't seen my final album, but I did see a sample 'magazine' album that they made of our wedding at the Woodlands, which came out fabulous. (I sort of wish that we would've gone with the magazine album, but we got the traditional one. It is ready, so I'm planning on picking it up this weekend.) I was very happy with the work of Gray Studios and the quality of the photographs, hower the gist of my 'post-wedding' experience is that the girl who answers the phone is a total b*tch. She has been extremely rude to me and is quite confrontational. They did not call me when my album was ready because 'Well, your parent albums aren't ready yet, so we were waiting until they were ready to call you.' I personally think that it should be up to me whether I want to make two trips to pick them up. I have gotten the feeling that once they got my money, they weren't very concerned with making me happy.



I'll update more after I pick up my album this weekend.

OK, so I have to admit that my albums came out beautiful. Is it bad that they lost my proofs, though????????

We've been looking everywhere for a reception loc. I think you just solved our problem! Your wedding was gorgeous, Congrats!!!

For all the brides that are using Gray, I just want to let you all know that they did reprint my proofs and were very apologetic about losing them. And the albums really did come out great.

I am actually still on here (It is an addicting website). One of my friends husbands actually pointed out an advertisement for the Woodlands with our cake on it...I always smile when I see it in Newsday!! Thanks for letting me know!
