Di Re Tuxedos - I didn't want to post a review of Di Re because I didn't want people to get offended by my experience with them, but based on the number of people who have FMed me with questions, I thought I should post my review. It was more than just thing with DiRe and there is a lot of background info. It started when my Dad went in to get his tux. We had received 2 free tuxes with our order and my husband and I had decided that my husband would get his tux free and then our dads would each get theirs for half price and the groomsmen's tuxes would each be $125. When my dad went in to get measured for his tux, the salesman told him that his couldn't be 1/2 off because it was obvious that they had allocated the 2nd 'free' tuxedo among all of the groomsmen because $125 was too low of a price. My dad told me what had happened and the salesman told me that there was nothing he could do, I would have to call back when a manager was there and the manager was only there on Tuesdays (This all happened on a Wednesday, so I had to wait a week to speak to a manager) I asked if they could have him call me back. No one ever called me back and when I called the following Tuesday, the manager (I don't remember his name, I am sorry) told me that it would not be a problem, they would give my dad and my father in law their tuxes for 1/2 off. That night when I got home from work, there was a message on my home answering machine from Manny at Di Re saying that they just realized that the vests that I wanted for my groomsmen needed to be special ordered and they would be $5 extra for each one. I called the following day asking if they thought that it was a little odd that they were finally 'OK' with giving my dad his tux for 1/2 off but were now charging all of the other guys extra. They insisted that one thing had nothing to do with the other. I didn't believe them. Then when my brother in law went to go pick up his tuxedo, the salesmen told him all of the problems that they had with me. My BIL has a different last name than my husband, who happens to have a jewish-sounding last name. (This is probably the worst thing that happened and the reason that I REALLY didn't like them) The salesman said 'Oh, now I understand...they are Jewish'. I'm not Jewish, but was completely offended at the thought that someone would make this statement. Then to end things on an even worse note, when my dad put his tux on the morning of the wedding, it was about three sizes too small for him...the weird thing was that he had tried on the jacket the day before at Di Re and it had fit him...he said that they were really nasty to him when he went to pick it up and thinks that they might have switched it after he tried it on. (When he went back the morning of the wedding, they did give him a jacket that fit, but it was just an added headache). The tuxes did all look great, it was just a pretty miserable experience dealing with them

The proofs are fabulous! I love your bouquet too!

Everything looks perfect - and it so nice to see a pic of the mansion from the 'front' rather than the golf area.

You looked flawless!!! You're wedding looked so beautiful. The Woodlands looks like such a beautiful place. I loved the picture of you sitting on top of the piano.

Sorry about the tux place -- what jerks!!!!!

And someone should tell the limo company about Mapquest .. How could you be a limo company and not know where you're going?

Congrats and I'm SO glad that you liked Gray- I'm using them and was getting nervous- tho every experience with Steve has been pretty good. I'm FMing you to see the pics!
