Congrats on your day! Pics are great..

Since I'm using In and Out travel, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Try to keep in mind that they deal with hundreds of HM's and trips in general..tons of airlines, hotels etc so if you change things often , it can surely get confusing...I know he sent me e-mails and I checked them and he does that before you approve the iteniary. You cannot blame them if something was overlooked by your DH, maybe they should have knwon you decided not to go through AAA...but you didnt say you told them for sure?

In & Out Travel Vendor review (F)

I would not recommend this vendor to anyone for travel or honeymoon services.

The reasons are as follows:
1. Lack of return calls
2. Lack of attention to details (remembering why we wanted to go to Orlando to begin with)
3. Lack of verification and confirmation
4. Lack of responsibility. Instead of admitting an error, implied it was perhaps our fault. Very unprofessional.

Last word, I am left with a mostly completed trip to Florida, but I do not have tickets to Universal, which we believed we had booked. This will cost us over $200 to rectify and can not be handled now until I get there.

I was not in the hotel I specifically asked for. When I called to ask why and get help he wasn't available. Instead later called back to say that in MAY I asked for this other hotel. All I can say is 'Why then does the bill from SEPTEMBER still say the original hotel we ASKED FOR?!?!?!?'

So I got a parking lot view on our honeymoon. Great no?

OMG ....X.... you & your hubby look INCREDIBLE! your hair, dress make-up....everything!

That cake is to DIE for. I have never seen anything like that!

I am sorry your video guy p!ssed you off. And I cannot beleive that cr@p about your honeymoon.

All in all it seemed like a good day & thank goodness for James....it sounds like he really kept it all together!

Our Oct '03 reception was at the SMCC and we loved it!!!! James was amazing!!!!

Your pictures are lovely, and how your DH's heritage was incorporated with the cake, place cards, beautiful fan over the fireplace....totally beautiful!!!!!

I was so happy to see a review on the SMCC. That is where I'll be getting married. From the pictures, it definately looked like a magical day. you guys looked beautiful and your cake...WOW....different. Did you get the cake from the hall or did u go somewhere else.
