WESTBURY MANOR A++++++++ I can go on with those plus'.
My Maitre D was Raul and my bridal assistant was Ines. They did a phenomenal job, I am going to call Jerry Scotto personally and thank him and let him know how AMAZING they were. Ok I dropped off like 18 boxes, yes 18 boxes with a list as follows- there were 5 favors for each guest and specific way I wanted them displayed they did it perfect, at the martini bar to display the frame of our signature drink, for the polaroid guestbook to set up with frame and 2 easels of collages of pictures of me and Rob, slipper basket to go out at 930 pm with the frame- they did exact times, memory table with pictures and frames and they put lighted votives all around the pictures, cigar table I had them set up with personalized cigars & matches also put cutters and a frame perfect, at end of evening as guest left to set up table for the personalized water bottles and mints for each guest, how to set up the I DO and bouquets on sweetheart table, how to display cake card box table, for the kids table I made a candy CP on how to display that and all the goodies I had for that table- the adults said thats the best table to sit at, table cameras and sign display, they gave out all night our monogramed beverage napkins, they did eveything to the T!!! They did an amazing job. Raul even opened up the cocktail hour half hour early b/c my guest were arriving early and he didnt want them to have to pay for drinks at the bar, he was so attentive to everything, Ines the bridal attendant- wow she was like my shadow at first it was strange to have someone holding your dress and by your side but after you get used to it its awesome, I always had a drink I asked her if she can pack food for us from cocktail and reception because I couldnt eat- OMG she packed so much food I had 6 huge catering trays of food. The food was amazing. Our cocktail hour we had all 3 rooms the Garden room, the library and the conservatory room and from the little I got to see WOW, the reception room the Manor room was just beautiful.In the Garden Room they set up the seafood boat in there and it looked amazing. It is huge! We had the chair covers too, and so cute they put your names on the top of the menus. Nice touch. I had slippers on and when I wanted to put on my shoes she was right there and my DOC to help put them on and take off I really felt like a princess. My guest the next day b/c we had a brunch for the families said they tipped the waiters because they did an amazing job they always had drinks and whatever they asked for they got. I am truly impressed with the westbury manor they EXCEEDED any and all of my expectations, dessert time, the cake- BEAUTIFUL we had the cannoli and chocolate mouse filling and it was delicious NOT dry at all like some have said I had the square shape, tiered - ok the 3 tier trays that they put on every table are HUGE tons and tons of pastrys, cookies and sliced fruit- wow and the CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN amazing- they set it up right in front of the DJ so the entire dance floor is empty for guest to move around. AND for 180 guest there were NO lines like some worry about, your guest do their thing and move. It doesnt take forever at all. My family keeps calling me and telling me how guest are raving about the wedding and how I didnt miss a thing. Guest words they used ELEGANT. And we did the Anniversary dance and my stepgrandparents won and they are still talking about it. I would highly rec doing this if you want to do something different than the garter/bouquet toss. It was wonderful to see all the married couples up there and all the 40 years plus up there, those couples felt so honored it was so touching. So WM girls you are in GREAT hands!!!!

I am starting to cry, b/c I miss her allready. She is absolutely the BEST. Girls, wedding coordinators ARE affordable and 100 percent worth it. My parents said too THANK GOD FOR ROSALIE, she is the sweetest person and extremely knowledgable and she kept my night in order!!!! She too was right by my side all night took VERY GOOD care of me and my guests and stayed on top of all vendors. You dont realize just how crazy and hectic it becomes and having her just made it SMOOTH, I didnt have to worry about ANYTHING!!!! And because of that I had the BEST time at my wedding-at least 5 times I and DH went to each side of the roomto get different views to watch our guest have a ball- make sure you do that- when youre worry free its a whole different ball game- My wedding was a success thanks to her and being on the ball and on top of them!!!! Words cant fully describe the job she did for me. The tears of joy show it. And not only is she a day of, she worked with me months before, attending meetings with vendors, constant communication, NEVER left me hanging, she helped me from choosing the menu to linen tips ,everything, any tips, just everything. Ideas, advice I mean everything. when the time comes I will have her as my baby shower coordinator!!!

The guys looked SHARP, they did a great job with measurements and the guys were so comfortable and even the shoes. Everything was clean, ready on time, just perfect. We also had a little glitch- I packed up the tux for my husband to return and forgot the cuff links. They are his great grandfathers and anyone who sees these will feel the weight and amount of gold and onyx on them and know they are worth money and the workers saw it and put it aside, I am going tonight to pick it up!!! Honesty and professionalism all the way!! Mike helped us out and he was GREAT!!! It was so smooth to order and pick up for all guys, and out of 7 guys only 3 were local, all others out of state and absolutely no problems.

Congratulations! I used DOC Rosalie too and I agree with you, it changes the whole wedding experience and gives the bride so the freedom and time to enjoy every minute of the day.
