'09 wedding quotes requested

I'm planning a '09 wedding for 70-75 guests. I am looking for a location under $100 a head (including tax and gratuity) that can accommodate an outdoor ceremony. Ideally this location will be on or near water. My date is flexible though I would like to choose a month that is not too cold or too hot for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. I'm open to locations in Nassau and Suffolk, catering halls, reception houses, and Inns.
