AFFORDABLE Photography Quotes

I'm on a very tight budget and am looking for a photography quote I can manage without sacrificing quality

I have looked into several freelance and semi-professionals with packages in the $500-$700 range but wasn't completely comfortable with the quality (not enough contrast, etc.).

I'm mostly interested in candid and photojournalistic styles.

Is there hope for me? I just don't have thousands of dollars in my budget
