at home rehersal dinner

My FMIL offered to have the rehersal dinner at her house, but nw I am trying to get prices on a tent that will hold 50 people. 5 60' round table, 50 chairs.

I also need 2 waitresses/waiters and a bar tender

Anyone know a company that can supply this service???
