Themes are great to bring into a ceremony. There are 2 or 3 samples of beach & ocean related ceremonies on my web site http://www.churchofancientways.org/theme.html

there's a 3 part video of a wedding I did last year in Montauk.

Leis are a nice addition, and of course there's always the Sand Ceremony.

With all theme ceremonies the thing to remember is the balance to have it real and meaningful and make it feel like you are making important promises while remaining in context.
