BEACH WEDDING

Hi and Congratulations on your Engagement!!
My name is Rev. Deb Viola, and I am an ordained interfaith minister.
One of my favorite places, that's awesome and right on the beach is the Crescent beach club in Bayville.
They have a set up for ceremonies on the beach with chairs, etc.
There aren't many that have actual beach. But many that can set you up by the water.
The Riviera, Landsend, Chateau Le Mer, John Anthony's (is literally on a deck on the water.)

Deb's right the Crescent is beautiful. There are also a couple of smaller venues on that same section of road up in Bayville.

The Riviera is my favorite on the South shore. They are the place for stress free brides.

The Thatched Cottage is not exactly Beach but it is on the water and the little photo spots that they have placed into the landscaping make for some really great shots

The pavilion at Sunken Meadow Park is a Lessings property now. There is a photo from Sandy and Mike's wedding there in my LIW bio and the Sound is so BLUE it's amazing. This is a real Beach location and well worth a look.

I know it is far however
I found the Atlantica of Westhampton
Beach a spectacular site
and the tented area is very close to
the crashing waves.
Very romantic!

If this is considered to be in
'The Hamptons' I am sorry it is just
that this really struck me as the most
ocean-side place.

The Riviera is pretty also and they are very nice there, however it is
on the bay which is calmer and you won't get
that crashing wave effect.

I have to agree, Crescent Beach Club is spectacular. They even have big palm trees lining one side of the beach. I've never seen anything like it. It certainly doesn't feel like the north shore of Long Island. The building has multilevel decks facing the water.
Sunken Meadow is also beatiful on the Long Island Sound, but much more informal building and grounds.

The north shore of Long Island is often forgotten about, but Giorgios in Baiting Hollow (exit 71 off LIE) is gorgeous and has permission to bring bride and groom or entire bridal party down to the water. It is absolutely gorgeous. While they do not have the ability to have the ceremony on the beach, I just wanted to let you know in case you needed more options.
