Boudoir pics

Looking for quotes on boudoir pic packages. Also a quick explanation on makeup, hair, lingerie...obviously lingerie we supply ourselves but do we get hair and makeup done before or is it included in packages?
How many pics do you get? How many images in the album and how long does it take to put it all together?
