Cake help

Hi. I posted a long time ago about a castle cake, but that seemed SO expensive and I had ditched the idea of a custom cka,e now I thought of what may be a great idea.

Is it possible to go a lenox cake? A normally shaped cake, but the frosting would be ivory and it would somehow have gold embellishments. Is that possible?
