cakes/cake filing

Both me and my Fi both love chocalate cake with peanutbutter filing - Is that possible to have as two layers of the cake

We want the other two layers to chaocalte with strawberry or rasberry

We want and PB&J cake altogether - We both grew up and eat it a lot -
