Calligraphy Quote

Hi,

Can someone please quote me how much it would be for calligraphy for about 100 inner and outer envelopes. (both hand and computer)

Please also include about how long it would take for it to be done, and whether or not I could see a sample. (Sample most important on the computer calligraphered side, we are worried that computer calligraphy will look 'cheesy')
