Car service for 5 + luggage to port of NY

Hello amazing vendors- Help a girl out with her vacation.

I need car service from Mount Sinai to the Port of NY for a Cruise. There will be 5 adults leaving on a Sunday and returning 8 days later on a Monday.

We are looking for the price with either 1 pick up/drop off location or 3 (mount sinai, Lake grove and Central Islip).
