catering hall

can i use a catering hall just for the room and we bring the food?
i am throwing a bday party for my sister
and we dont want to spend a fortune

Some of the planners here could, I'm sure offer a better answer than I but, I think that is more like a Knights of Columbus, VFW, American Legion, kind of thing. If you have any firemen in your party the local Firehouses usually have a hall too.
