Catskills Locations Transportation quotes

Hi! I'm looking for pricing information for my September 19th, 2009 wedding.

What I need:
Bridal Party Transportation
- 20 person limo to pick up from Hotel at 12:30 for 1:00 arival. 12 miles from Hunter Mountian to Pheonica NY.
- 10 person limo to pick up from B&B in Bociville at 12:00pm for 12:15 arival at church in Pheonicia
-Both limos to B&B after wedding for above guests.

Guest Transportation
-120 person transporation from Hunter Mountain at 3:15pm to B&B in Bociville (2 to 3 buses) staggered 5 -10min interval?

-150 person tranportation to Hunter Mountian from B&B at 10pm

Final transportation
-20 person limo to take bridal party back to B&B in Bocieville at 2:00am and at 3:00am


Any other suggestions on transportation please advise. Also, potential bridal party transportation night of rehersal dinner.
