Chair Covers

Hi,
I'm having around 200 guests attend my wedding at the East Wind in Nov.'09. I want to do chair covers but I heard for that many chairs it would be very expensive. Are there any Vendors that can do that many chair covers for btwn $2-$3? -Thanks
