Champagne Brunch Reception

I thought that this would be a good place to ask this since perhaps some reception sites look and/or post here and since vendors tend to be involved in more weddings than other brides.

Does anyone know of any reception sites that offer full champagne brunch receptions in lieu of afternoon/evening receptions? I am looking for ways to save money and to do something a little different than your typical wedding.
