Hi and Congratulations,

I myself was raised a Roman Catholic. Although my Church is definitely eclectic in it's congregation and structure, and probably not what you are looking for, I figured I'd add my 2 cents in here as well. All of the Priests here get wonderful reviews as a search for the word 'Officiant' will show. Just be sure not to miss Father Joe, as he is listed on LIW with Cantor Cohen as 'Interfaith Unions'. He also has many fine ministers that he refers to when he is unavailable.
