What should be included in my catering/location contract? We're having the ceremony and reception at Harrison House. What should be included? Shouldn't they give us a copy of our menu now that we've chosen it, in writing? What about services such as indoor pool/upstairs pub etc. for our guests. Do we need to get that those will be accessible to our overnight guests (many of us are staying all weekend). Help!!!!!

Hello Moria, You should have listed everything you negotiated. Make sure whatever the detail your looking for is noted, never assume. However the Harrison House is an excellent choice & they will accommodate you.

Never assume anything. The only things guaranteed are the things in writing. You could be working with one person and as you approach the wedding someone else has taken the place - and if you do not have everything in writing you take a big chance of not getting what you were hoping for. I have heard many stories of brides
being charged extra for items at the last minute that were assumed being included. I have not heard anything negative about Harrison House and I have played there many times with my band and I have also supplied many Bands and DJ's at the Harrison House for weddings. Better to be safe than sorry.
