Curly hair stylist

Hi there, I'm looking for someone to come and do my hair at my reception hall who likes to work with curly hair. I will post some pics of what I am thinking of. My hair is blond but similar to the girl in the picture, curly and v. thick. Any information/prices/trial info would be greatly appreciated. I will also need a makeup person to come as well, Thanks!
