Hello and congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I would love to be of service to you for your special day! My name is Fran Koltun and I am a wedding and event planner and have had my own business doing this for over 7 years now. I have planned many weddings all across Long Island. I am usually needed on site that day for between 6-8 hours on average. However, if you need more or less of me that is fine too. That fee includes everything from coordinating all your vendors (caterer, DJ, photographer, limos, florist, baker, etc... and making sure they are all where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there... from ceremony to cocktail hour and throughout the reception).
