Day of Coordinator Quotes

My fiance and I are a planning a wedding for October 2010. Our ceremony and reception will not be taking place at a catering hall. We haven't sealed the deal yet, but we will likely be renting a home.

Our approximate wedding budget is $8,000. I'm looking for quotes on DOC's who can help set-up and make the day run smoothly since it'll be a bit of a DIY operation. I plan on putting together a lot of the stuff myself (invites, centerpieces) but on the day of the wedding I don't want to think about anything. Basically, the kind of DOC I'm looking for will help set-up, make the transition from ceremony to reception and during the reception seamless and assist with clean-up. At this time I don't anticipate needing assistance with finding vendors.

We did confirm our location as the Setauket Neighborhood House.

Are there any DOC that have experience with this venue? It's a house which we will have access to for the day. I'm also looking for some help with the decor and setting that up.
