Destination Wedding

Hi!
I posted a similar question about a month ago. I originally decided to have the wedding on Long Island because it would be easier for everyone. Well after a month of looking and seeing how expensive it is, I have decided to look into a destination wedding again. It is what I have always dreamed of. It would be perfect for FI and me.
I would love some info. re: beautiful but inexpensive places to have our wedding in the carribean. I would like to keep the cost down as much as possible for my guests. I can pretty much guarantee between 60-80 people.
I am open to all ideas and suggestions.
