DJ- Im very Specific about what I want!

I need a DJ for my wedding. I am very specific about what I want and don't want.I'm looking for a DJ for 4 hours. I want to be able to give them a list of songs that I want played, and likewise, a list of songs that will not be played. I don't want a lot of talking and I DO NOT want any giveaways...no blow up toys or leis or toys or smoke machines or anything like that. I dont want any group activity songs such as the macarena or the electric slide or cha cha slide etc. played. I do however, need a few portuguese songs played. I just want a really classy, professional DJ. I know that this is demanding, but I don't want anything remotly cheesey
