DJ Services Needed May 2011 Wedding!

My wedding is on Friday, 5.13.11 and I am having issues with my current and would like know how much the following services would cost:

Ceremony Music
Cocktail Hour Music
Reception Music
Photo Montage
Zap Shots
Intelligent Lighting (white only)
1 man DJ/MC
