DOC(?) Quote (revised)

My fiance and I have decided that we just need someone to go to the hall and just overlook that all my details have been set up properly and that vendors have all the where's and what's answered. That my cake, flowers, etc are correct.
I don't need someone to help me get ready or stay the whole night, only until before or after the ceremony (depending on how the set ups went)
We were wondering if anyone could provide a quote for this.
