DOC quotes -- 9/7/08

Hi. I am getting married on 9/7/08 at the Estate at East Wind Caterers in Wading River, NY. Both the ceremony and the reception will be at East Wind. I'm looking for price quotes for a DOC, as well as a better idea as to the benefits of having a DOC.

Any help is appreciated.
