If so, can you tell the packages and costs for engagement pictures?

Most photographers include the session as a freebie if they are doing the wedding.

We too include an engagement shooting on location with our wedding packages, however, if your photographer doesn't include one, you can purchase a shooting from us. You can e-mail us and we will go over pricing with us, if you like. They can be done in a park or the beach or wherever you like. We just did one in Central Park.
