dress help

I bought a strapless eve of milady dress. I want to add something that looks like a cap sleeves in the front but goes around the back of the neck and makes an open 'key hole' on the back...I would have to be made of sheer material with crystals...the store where i bought my gown said they would custom make it but it would cost $500...do they sell something like this detachable that i can just attach to my gown????
