Favor quote

we decided we are going to do an ice cream scoop with personilzed candy hearts in the scoop. can anyone give me a quote on 100 ice cream scoops? and pics too if possible? we like the plain silver plated ones....two-toned perhaps. i will also need the tulle squares and ribbon as well.

thanks so much!!
Jessica
