Florist!

I need an estimate for a florist.
I would need
1 Bride bouquet
1 Toss away
1 MOH Bouquet
5 bridesmaid bouquets
5 corsages
11 boutonnieres
13 centerpieces (low)
1 Chuppah w/ flowers along the top and sides
Bows for ceremony chairs
Petals for cocktail tables and place card table
Flowers for the cake

My wedding is 10/05/12, and our colors are black, red and ivory. I like black magic roses, baccara roses, burgundy calla lilies, and red ranunculus.
