Florist needed!

I am looking for a florist for my October 2, 2004 wedding reception.

What is needed (aproximately):
-- Small bouquet for bride
-- Arrangement for entryway
-- Centerpieces (my future in-laws will be hand-making the containers and we'd like to put flowers in them)
