I do not know who did those, but in my opinion, unless you have a large budget, those are probally used as a rental item.

That is the second picture I saw of those. If it came from a magazine, you should try and see if it lists the vendors in the back who did them. Usually they have them listed. I don't know where that photo comes from. The stands look quite large for a table. The ones in the photo look like they sit on the floor. Unfortunalty we don't carry something like that, I would think more of a large party rental/ planner. Good Luck
