Flower markup for 2/14

Hello,

We are just approaching the point of looking into florists for our 2/14/10 wedding. I am concerned about the increased price of flowers for this day. Could anyone offer some general information on the markup on this date?

Also, our colors are red, white, and black. Could anyone fill me in on the flowers that are in season in February and are compatible with this color scheme? We're on a tight budget, but luckily we are doing non-floral centerpieces.
